Dr. Carnero is a Miami native. She attended high school at South West Miami Senior High and completed her undergraduate at Florida International University. She went on to complete her veterinary degree at Ross University followed by a one year intensive small animal rotating internship at Veterinary Medical Center of Long Island. She has been practicing for over 10 years and has over 5 years of experience in emergency medicine.
Dr. Garcia received his veterinary doctorate from the Universidad Autonomal Del Estado de Mexico in 1995 and he complied with the requirements of the American Veterinary Medical Association through the Educational Commission of Foreign Veterinarian Graduates.
He has obtained experience in emergency and general medicine working for several local clinics and he has a special interest in emergency medicine,
Dr. Victor Alicea is originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico. He earned his Bachelors degree in Biology from the University of Puerto Rico and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the Tuskegee University College of Veterinary Medicine in Alabama. Dr. Alicea then completed an Emergency and Critical Care Internship at the Coral Springs Animal Hospital.
Graduated in Cuba in 1985, Dr. Perez has always been involved in small animal practice. After validating his diploma in the United States, Dr. Perez worked in regular practice until 2003, where he began his career in emergency medicine with Miami Pet Emergency.
