I had a minor emergency late on a Thursday evening and the staff at Miami Veterinary Specialists was FANTASTIC. I received a prompt response when I called and when I arrived at the facility my pet and I were greeted by the staff. They were very professional and friendly and super helpful despite the COVID restrictions. I couldn't have asked for better treatment and kindness for my puppy, especially late at night and especially when I was very worried about my pet. I really appreciate the care they gave my puppy and definitely recommend them.

I've gotta say I'm always skeptical about pet hospitals because so many people have bad experiences. I had a major emergency with my fur baby. She's a cat and was having trouble breathing. I looked around and decided on MVS. I'm so glad I did! They were amazing and so helpful, especially during this COVID time where I had to wait outside.

Dr Andrade successfully performed a risky hip surgery on my dog who has heart disease. I felt really well taken care of and am VERY happy with the results. The office is really clean and well managed. Lots of staff! My experience with MVS was one of the best vet experiences ever. I didn't go through ER, but I imagine it's run the same as during normal business hours. Anyone giving 1 star is upset about having to pay money to help their pets in emergencies situations - which would happen anywhere. It doesn't reflect the care and professionalism of MVS's staff and doctors. It's truly a great place and your pet will be in good hands. At least that's what I truly think!
